Classic Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 vanilla bean (seeds scraped)
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

    In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, milk, and sugar until sugar is dissolved.

    Add vanilla extract, vanilla bean seeds, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.

    Pour mixture into Ninja Creami pint container.

    Freeze for 24 hours on a level surface.

  5. 5

    Remove from freezer and process using the Ice Cream function.

    If needed, use the Re-spin function for creamier texture.
